Napster is seeking an innovative, strategic, and visionary product leader to help us create the next generation music platform for artists and fans. We are looking for someone to help us expand our core D2C Napster service offering and conceive and launch our Web3 products and services. We believe that the music industry is at the cusp of generational change and Napster has what it takes to lead it.   • Own the product roadmap for Napster in close collaboration with engineering leadership
  • Conceive and launch new backend and front-end features that will deliver increased growth, engagement and revenue
  • Provide support for existing BD and account management teams in major pitches
  • Communicate product roadmap cogently and succinctly to management, internal teams, the board, and at public events
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing, industry leading product team
  • Ensure successful integrations with new B2B partners to support revenue growth
  • Make data-driven product decisions tied to company OKRs and market and customer feedback

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional product development skills and experience running large global product teams
  • Strong proficiency in UI and UX design
  • Passion and expertise in media, technology, and consumer products and services
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with new and existing partners and industry counterparts
  • Solid cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build consensus among teams (executive leadership, product, engineering, marketing and finance)
  • Strong strategic, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment
  • Experienced in building both web and mobile consumer apps
  • Expert knowledge and experience in all related product management tools (Jira, Figma etc.)
  • Proven track record of launching new products and scaling them rapidly to millions of users globally
  • Experience in managing both on and offshore engineering teams
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to track and measure KPIs to continuously improve the Napster service
  • Strong passion and understanding of consumer trends in music, social, tech, web3, and pop culture

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably Master’s degree
  • Preferred computer science proficiency
  • 12+ years of product development experience across various platforms and can demonstrate the success and impact of your efforts
